5K Mile Run Registration Form
Mt. St. Mary’s has an enrollment of 126 students from pre-K to 8th grade. In addition to the
standard curriculum we are proud to offer our children Spanish, Music, PE, Art and Computer
classes. In addition to our academic curriculum; each student has school wide learning
expectations of modeling Catholic values to encourage them to respect others and life!
As the oldest, continuously operating school West of the Mississippi, we are proud to celebrate
150 years of service and would be honored with your presence and support. Our celebration will
begin with a 5K run on the morning of Saturday, May 1st Time 8:30-11:00am. The fun will continue with a day of living history, open house at the school, vendors and events at the school and will end with a dance that evening. The following day, Sunday, May 2nd, we will have a special Mass dedicated to our celebration, followed by a pancake breakfast.
You may print your form and bring it with you day of the race along with payment fees. Thank you
