Families active in St. Patrick’s, St. Canice, and St. Dominic parishes who participate in the faith life of the parish, attend Mass regularly, and share time, talents, and resources as they are able, are eligible for lower tuition fees.

Tuition assistance available for eligible families.*Participating implies that each family fulfills their 40 volunteer hours and attends school fundraising events.

As of April 1st MSM is now accepting new student applications for the 2009/2010  school-year. Currently there are openings in all grades Pre-K through 8th Grade.  You may stop by the school office during regular business hours to pick up an application or  download the application.

Last Report Card (for grade 1-8)

Upon receipt of your application you will be contacted by Edee Wood, Principal, who will schedule an appointment to meet with you and your child/ren.

Fees due at Registration:

Registration Fee:  $225.00 per child

Extended Care Registration (if applicable) $50 per child.

Mt. St. Mary Academy is a small, faith-filled school community who exist to educate our students in the Catholic tradition.  Our history of 149 years as an educational institution in Nevada County continues today as we send forth graduates who are responsible faith filled leaders who strive to make a difference in the world through service to others.
