As of February 1^st MSM is now accepting new student applications for the 2008/09 school-year. Currently there are openings in all grades Pre-K through 8^th Grade.  You may stop by the school office during regular business hours to pick up an application or   download the application.  When completed, please return it to

• Official Birth Certificate

• Immunization Records

• Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)

• Last Report Card (for grade 1-8)

 Upon receipt of your application you will be contacted by Sr. Anne Marie Miller, Principal, who will schedule an appointment to meet with you and your child/ren.

 Fees due at Registration:

• Registration Fee:  $225.00 per child
• Extended Care Registration (if applicable) $50 per child.
